New homeowner/mover data is generated using new telephone hookups, utility hook ups, magazine subscription data, national change of address, do not call lists, and other consumer sources such as self reported data. This data is downloaded weekly and run through a series of algorithmic filters to eliminate second lines, fax lines and number changes and confirms they are a new homeowner. This data is not from county deed offices, which can be stale and dated.
When you use our service you get a state of the art list that generates addresses fast and accurately. These addresses are so fresh that some people will still be unpacking boxes when you reach them.
Hundreds of sources of data sources are merged together, creating millions of records with billions of fields of data. The database is then sent through NCOA , DSF, the deceased file and the DMA Do Not Mail file. After all of the list cleansing services, the list is put through a comprehensive compilation process where it is determined which fields are accurate and which records are duplicates. This is done by ranking the sources for accuracy, looking at factual data, such as Birth Certificates, and also seeing which data is multi-sourced (more than one source is used to validate the correctness of information).
No, the names and addresses you receive are not Angie's List members.
Yes, new movers consist of people who move into any type of dwelling (apartment, condominium or free standing house) and own or rent their living space. New homeowners are a subset of new movers and consist of people who actually own their living space, regardless of whether it is a condominium or a free standing house. You can order a list that includes new homeowners only or we can expand your list to include new movers. It's up to you!
New Homeowner/Mover Each record will include the name(s), address, city, state and zip code of the new homeowner. We also provide demographic information on estimated home value - this information is only included when you receive the list via e-mail or CD Rom.
Consumer Each record will include the name(s), address, city, state and zip code of the occupant. You can also choose to add age, income, home value, gender and/or dwelling size.
Our lists are guaranteed over 90% accurate. You should expect some returns and undeliverable addresses. We will refund any returns over the 10% threshold, just send us the mail pieces that have been returned from your mailings and we will process your refund upon receipt. We believe that you will not find a more accurate, higher quality list and we are willing to back that up.
Lists are generated from a variety of sources and run through several tests to ensure deliverability. Unfortunately, we are unable to filter out all undeliverable addresses due to a variety of circumstances. For example, a piece of mail will be returned if a house is vacant - even though the house has just been purchased, there may not be anyone living there, or the house may be rented out by someone with a name that is different from the owner. This type of circumstance, along with a variety of others, can lead to an undeliverable piece of mail.
Your lists can be sent to you via e-mail (in Microsoft Excel format), printed on labels, or saved on a CD. It's your choice!
When you subscribe to our monthly new homeowner/mover service, you will receive your list on either the 1st or 15th of each month. Ask your representative when you sign up which date your list will be delivered.
Consumer lists will be delivered within 1-5 days of purchase based on the delivery format you choose.
Due to the fact that we are unable to predict the amount of people who will move each month, we can't tell you exactly how many addresses will come with each order. We can however run counts from previous months to give you an idea of how many addresses to expect.
Once you purchase a list, it is your property. You can use each month's list as many times as you want.

If you are a monthly subscriber, we will bill your credit card each month on your order date or you can pre-pay for an annual subscription with a credit card or check.
If you purchase an annual subscription and are not pleased with our service, you can cancel your subscription anytime. We will prorate your subscription and refund the unused portion to you immediately. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime - sorry, there are no refunds on monthly subscriptions.
Our design and print service is a great way for you to design and print a mail piece. We'll save you money and work with you to create a direct mail advertising piece that you will be proud to give to prospective clients and customers.

Sorry, you may not include the Angie's List name or logo in your direct mail communications. We have a very strict Trademark Policy and do not allow any of our marks (including our company name and all logos) to be used for mass marketing purposes such as direct mail pieces or websites.
Mail Made Simple specialized in postcard printing, but is not limited to only these items. If you have something else in mind such as a brochure or flyer contact one our representatives for a quote.
If you don't have the means to create your own mail piece you can choose and customize one of our sample templates at no extra charge.
If you prefer a custom design, our graphic designer can develop a personalized piece specifically for your business for an additional fee. When all is finished, you will own the rights to that artwork for future reuse.
That depends on the amount of edit cycles and the amount of detail that goes into the design. Typically, we can complete artwork in 5 -7 business days.
There are two free edit cycles per project. If more are needed, there is an additional charge per edit cycle. We believe that you will be happy with your artwork within the two edit cycles.
Please refer to our artwork guidelines document for specific instructions ( NMM art Specs doc). If artwork does not meet specific guidelines, our graphic designer can often times reproduce a replica which meets these standards. Recreation of artwork may result in additional fees. We keep a copy of the artwork on file so when you need more printed; we can have reprints done in about a week. You will not pay any design fees for reprints.
Yes we can, but here are a few stipulations to this. To ensure compliance with postal regulations we can only mail items that we print. We cannot accept postcards, flyers etc. printed by outside sources. Ask a representative for more details.
The cost is determined by the quantity of people you want to send to. The more people you can send to, the cheaper the price. We mail thousands of postcards ever day so by using our mailing service we can pass the bulk mail savings on to you.
Full service mailing includes data, addressing, postage and printing and template artwork. Full service pricing does not include custom graphic design services. The average cost of this is $0.78 per piece.
